BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

To book an appointment, please use the contact section to send a message, email, or send a direct message on Instagram. Upon booking your appointment and paying a deposit to secure your spot, you will receive a message with information and links to the consent forms. Consent forms MUST be filled out and signed prior to your appointment.

DEPOSIT & SCHEDULING

There is a small deposit for all of appointments. Paying your deposit confirms you agree to all the booking policies, FAQ, pre and post care.

 

A $75 deposit is required to book an initial appointment as a new client and for annual touch up sessions. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to a future appointment. A deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment. If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do so by contacting Francesca directly.

 

A deposit can be transferred ONE time if rescheduling/canceling BEFORE the 72 hr period prior to the scheduled appointment. 

 

Options for rescheduling times are subject to the availability of Francesca. 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

I accept cash, Venmo or Zelle for all deposits and remaining balances due the day of your appointment.

Payments MUST be made under “friends” only, NOT “services” or there will be an extra 3% service charge percentage or cash only due at your appointment.

 

All DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

RESCHEDULING

If you wish to reschedule, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is needed. Deposits can be transferred ONE time if the reschedule occurs before the 72 hr notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

 

All appointments rescheduled under 72 hrs will require a new deposit to book another appointment. Again, You are allowed one reschedule per deposit if OVER 72 hrs from the scheduled appointment.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your appointment within 72 hrs of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost and pay a new deposit. This needs to be paid in full before rescheduling your next appointment.

 

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

If you no call/no show an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost and will NOT be able to schedule any future appointments at Luna Brows by Francesca.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, out of courtesy to the artists and other clients, we will have to reschedule. Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay another $50 deposit and 50% of the appointment costs in order to book a new appointment.

 

REFUNDS

There are no refunds on work done at Luna brows by Francesca. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
